Sojourn is an experimental travel film that follows a young black man on a meditative journey in pursuit of dismantling social, racial and mental constructs about himself.

Told through poetic voice over and vivid visuals, Sojourn is firmly set in two worlds: A hypnotic magical realism world, and a prismatic, pastel interior world that represents his emotional and subconscious voice. It is in this world - displayed in lush portrait vignettes - where we see a deeper fragility and more complex Sojourn.

Both worlds effortlessly collide to create a beautiful, and at times haunting film.
